Foundational cash picture looks healthy. Even with the President's nod toward expanding alternative energy options, oil will continue to power the key components of society for some time to come and the less of it there is the more we'll search for what's left.
Still it is an oil dependant stock, so it will continue to have short term precipitous drops as its fortunes rise overall.
