Check this scenario out:Would you want to own a company with a 200m market cap, 4.6m in revenue in a highly competitive landscape?I'm a slacker, check this research:Go to your web browser, and enter "diabetes glucose monitoring system". I got 750,000 hits which was enough to convince me that this technology is not even close to unique. Your buying an idea, one that is already been thought of mind you, and not a company.

I'm not going to neceesarily rec. this company. Although they do have a great product that is only going to gain in popularity/use. However, regarding your statement that this is a competitive field and the technology is NOT unique is incorrect. There are actually only three companies worldwide that develop/market these products, Dexcom, Abbott and Medtronic. I know you admitted that you didn't do your research, but just thought I'd point that fact out...Also, these devices are going to be mainstream, its just a matter of when b/c there is no debate about the importance/helpfulness of them. They will become huge shortly, less than a year I'm betting. There are major studies currently out that should be reporting the necessity of these devices this mnoth (sept. 08)...Just some thoughts...
