I don't know on which planet this company is worth $220m:

- <$5m revenue (i.e. 47.5x sales)
- Hemorrhaging money on every basis (gross, op, net) for over 5 years
- Deceasing R&D spending
- Shareholder equity cratered in '07

When your product is losing money, and you have $70m worth of debt, you're worthless. Borrow as many shares as you can and sell them.
