Their devices haven't been selling, their financials are awful, the stock price has been plummeting and they're headed toward bankruptcy.

- <$5m revenue (i.e. 47.5x sales)
- Hemorrhaging money on every basis (gross, op, net) for over 5 years
- Deceasing R&D spending
- Shareholder equity cratered in '07<...
