Formula: Fair value=Sqrt(22.5*EPS*BV) I expanded it a little by also using EPS Normalized and Tangible BV
My current Graham Number Valuation Range for E: $61.19 to $70.64
Figures derived from current Scottrade research data
Updated GNVR for E: $63.73 to $64.62
I can only guess that the beaten down price @ $44.73 is because E is an Italian multinational company.
You know, the Euro crisis and all. Other than that they seem like a solid company.
Even with a negative divi growth rate, it's still at a 6.17% yield.
E hasn't traded near my current GNVR since the credit crisis in 2008. I'm bullish on the Euro, so when they get their act together that will be a catalyst for this stock and others.
All JMHO and worth exactly what your paying for it. Nada.
