Short term pcik because of long term issues. In the long run this may well turn out to be a looser. Rising costs coupled with a rising Euro and limited supply has made eurpean refiners a scary prospect. For now its up going into the summer. Past that...

Hydrocarbons are unbeatable in this world. For the coming 15-20 years at least. And for a company with these financials, I'd suggest a 2 bagger from here, probably quite soon

This stock is a great buy. It's dividend is only slightly lower than the P/E ratio. The stock is worth almost twice what it's selling for.
