+ Watch EA
on My Watchlist
The Company develops, markets, publishes and distributes interactive software games that are playable by consumers on video game consoles, personal computers, mobile platforms and online.
The PE for EA is too high. While they may still deliver some good new games in the future, I don't expect them to be able to grow enough to catch up with their PE, thus their price must come down. The games market has been weakening, and although there are still a lot of gamers, I haven't seen EA move to expand their subscriptions model or establish themselves in new (e.g. mobile) markets. They may recover their growth trajectory when (if?) new consoles come out, but it's been a long time.
