Huge, huge moat and consistent cash flow and profits from an on-line company. Don't see anyone knocking them from a pretty high perch. Even Google, who I think is diversifying too much too soon.

Always a good deal, this company's model has extremely low overhead. As american consumerism decreases ebays business will increase. People will be looking to make good deals, and will be trying to liquidate all their crap.
