Premier English education provider in China. I was very impressed by their classes and the quality of the students...as well as by students dedication to the school. Price is high, but valuation not bad if high growth rates keep up and EDU can avoid American style pay-for-education style scandals.

I agree that EDU is probably a great company, but I don't understand the large PE (about 59 on 9/14/07). Why are investors paying such a high price? I would think that the PE should be about 1/2 to 2/3 the current PE. If I'm right, then EDU's price chart is eventually going to flatten out (go sideways) for several months before increasing some more. SInce May 4th this year, the price increase has been about 0.7% per week. That's not all that great. I want a price increase rate of at least 1%, and that isn't too hard to find in other stocks.
