EEE has been beaten up by misssteps by the company with having a first of it's kind plant, and shorts taking advantage of this and creating doubt by misinformation given to the public. All this will be in the past when new K-Direct plant is announced by yearend, (as indicted by CEO Mark Sexton), this first of it's kind plant will be running 100% by the end of the first Q. Perceived damage by the delay of the Arch coal deal will be realized to have not effected anything, permit approval should be completed by 3rd Q and deal will be back on.

There is only one way for EEE to go to the moon. This will endorse K-Fuel and K-Plants. To a very good 2007 for everyone long on EEE.

Evergreen Energy announces it signs agreements for K-Direct coal refineries with two major utilities (EEE) 9.08 : Co announced it has signed agreements with two major utilities to advance the integration of several K-Direct coal refineries in both existing and new coal power plants. The Agreements signed in December 2006 call for the parties to proceed with engineering, design and test burns of applicable coals for the specific plants. The company will provide further details in January.

Co announced its subsidiary Buckeye Industrial Mining has organized a successful demonstration test burn of K-Fuel refined coal with the city of Painesville, Ohio, Department of Utilities, that achieved compliance with a new federal clean air standard for industrial boilers that goes into effect next year.
