Shipping rates are high and will remain high for the next several years as new ships will not be added and demand for shipping capacity explodes!!

This company is adding capacity while decreasing average age of it's vessels. it is paying a very healthy dividend at the same time the stock is appreciating.

Dry bulk shipper doing well as a result of decent global economic growth, and squeezed supply of dry bulk ships. On top of that, there's a juicy 10% dividend.
