I'm guessing that this is a short-term move out of the precious metals miners to capture the gains from the August rally. Some investors may be looking for other cheap stocks to buy after the S&P sold off last month, but since I believe that these miners will continue to rally after a brief respite I just restarted the same bets after the sell off.
