ELNK is reinventing itself. Institutional investment is high, so 4th Q 06 lows and subsequent move up forces scrutiny. Co has cash to work with and no debt. Mgt has innovative track record and is currently pressing to future Vs living in the past.
More importantly I am 80 % TA and the chart impresses me. Recently strong volume adds weight. Note significant overhead resistance / supply around 8.50. I look for ELNK to move to it and then grind through. First target 8.50. When reached may induce sideways movement which could take a number of months with eventual move to target #2 around 12.
