From an IT perspective it is not enough to have sufficient capacity to store data/information. Data must be effeciently managed to get the biggest bang for your buck in technology investments. EMC has a product line that makes data access and storage more efficient. The spinoff off of VMW was brilliant. If raised capital is used in part to hire quality software developers it will be a big win. Virtualization can equal huge cost savings to tech dependent organizations: schools, banking, government, manufacturing, communications, etc.
