3 calls to the 800 number and I still don't have a user guide for their product we are using. And it's not on their website. People wont put up with that forever.

customer service issues can be corrected, and with feedback, and slow quaterly sales, ceo's take notice. dell for eg. i believe has improved thier lousy customer service.my question to you is, aren't you liking their product? if the product is useless, then its a bigger problem.
