This company is like IBM. They share the customer base. I expect it to have a good earning report coming. Furthermore, when the market is panicing like now, it is always a good time to buy, especially when this CAP game doesn't cost me a dime.

EMC's business continues to grow steadily and is currently undervalued (modest premium with PE at 31). Cash Flow is expected to grow by over 50%. Smart acquisitions will continue to create upside surprises in EPS. Target price 1s $24-$25 by Oct 2008.

With 86% holding in VMWare. It is a safer play in lieu of buying VMWare at current price.

VMW is probably overvalued-- but with the EMC not even realizing half of the intrinsic value of their virtualization powerhouse, this one looks cheap and ready to spin come earnings call.

Amazing performance the last year, I expect this to continue as VMW earnings come out and wow the pants off wall street. Continuous upgrades will vault this higher as a cheaper play on VMW...
