There is already been a move to solid dividend payers but I predict 09 is going to be a mass exodus, especially with all these well known, solid companies on sale with unseen before dividend yields.

Based on a DCF valuation, this stock is clearly worth somewhere around $60. I work for a competitor and have done extensive analysis on the company, and am very much conviced this is a fair value for this company.

Seriously, I have no idea why this stock is this cheap. The PE is at a 10 year low!! The 5 year EPS trend has an R² value of 0.99, and at todays price (~41) I calc a forecasted return of 50% PER YEAR.

When Mr. Market decides to calm down...
