Perhaps things have changed since your pitch, but what are the great financials you speak of? I look at a company with mountains of debt (>10 times more debt than cash), negative return on equity, which means they are destroying value, and negative free cash flow. They are growing revenue, but earnings are still negative. I can see a sliver of hope, but I certainly don't see great financials.

As you are one of the top-rated players, I am curious if you see something that I am missing.
