El Paso is a company emerging from the shadow of Enron. Even though it has a negaitve P/E ratio (WAY negative) as of this writing, it is heading in the right direction. Debt has been reduced significanly and major shareholder litigation was just settled paving the way for a much brighter future. This is a company that has good "bones." They've almost cleaned house and I predict the stock will significantly outperform the market over the next 2 to 4 years.

I think the moving of El Paso’s assets into an MLP is going help to create big value for its shareholders. So hang on to your shares.
