EPAM Systems (NYSE:EPAM)

Despite very strong fundamentals, EPAM was cited the other day by SEC as one of the companies in Pennsylvania State with significant insider trading activity. To top this, insiders have been selling at a frenetic pace since October 2012 which may be a sign of not so good things to come. There is no better indicator of a stock's performance than the actions of management and insiders. In this case, I will follow my gut and vote for underperform since even insiders are unwilling to hold on to the stock.
