This stock has relatively low P/E and PEG ratios. It also pays a 3% dividend, which is nothing to sneeze at.





Unfortunately there are a couple problems that I would like to see resolved here. There has not been a quarterly dividend announced for the most recent quarter. Also quarterly eps has declined on a year to year basis.





However, there is no explanation (on the surface) for the dramatic drop in price recently, so this might be a good jumpin in point.
