Enterprise is the North American 'super highway' of oil and gas. In addition, EPD is an 80% owner of the whale rig in the Gulf of Mexico that supplies over 12% of the natural gas to the US. Other platforms in the Gulf are getting in line to use this pipeline to transport their gas\oil. That means rent payments.


Besides being the lead dog, there may be opportunites to lease shore-based pipeline land to other commodity carriers, like internet infrastructure and\or fiber optic lines.
