I am interested in the buy out and the results that it will bring. You get roughly 1 share of CPR (Chaparral) for every 4 shares of EPEX.



Chaparral has been in the industry since the 1988 and has survived the busts of the late 90's and 2002. I have high expectations of the new company once they reorganize.
