Does it get a huge premium because the balance sheet is a mess (<2x interest coverage vs. 16+ industry avg), or because the company can't generate a return on assets, equity or investment (all below 1%)? Rev growth is impressive; margins are not. Need more in a hyper-competitive industry. This is a dud unless the disaster recovery market, which drives colocation, heats up even further (which would invite more competition in turn). CEOs aren't handing their CIOs the budget to build the IT infrastructure of their dreams at the moment. Short unless it becomes an acquistion target. Then, look at shorting the buyer.
