I think this is an overreaction to information the market already knew. They had previously stated they were going to have lower margins and the joint venture with Sony is going after the low-end phone market which is also pressuring margins. The first drop may have been warranted because Ericsson had made a bit of a run. This looks like an attractive place to get into the stock.
