Electronic Arts has a failed business model of throwing titles at the wall and seeing what sticks. Smaller companies like Stardock Entertainment are innovating and gobbling up market share. EA is stuck in the old way of doing business, and they have paid the price.

Let's not forget the hostile takeover of Take-Two which will destroy two companies.
