I held this stock for several years until the recent announcement by Wal-Mart of their intention of entering the PBM business. I am also employed by a corp. that uses ESRX as our drug supplier for employees. I sold the stock at $75 and quadrupled my investment thru several splits. After reading considerable info I have determined that most large corps are very slow to move from PBMs that are providing good service at a reasonable cost. I feel that Wal-Mart and several other companies that are attempting to make inrodes on ESRX business will make slow progress. I also feel that ESRX make changes to compete that may slow their growth somewhat. I intend to buy the stock back at the present price.
