I like electric/gas long term, because as oil becomes more scarce, we are going to have to look in other directions, and I think electric and gas will benefit....long term is like real long term, longer than 20 years.....but I think the gains to be had over that long term could be very big.This company seems to be run-well, so maybe they can take advantage.

Look at EP in the 1960s and 1970s it was $20 and paid $1 in dividends and now after being bought by BNI and then spun off years later it is back to $20 and pays .16 in dividends. You could wait a lifetime for some of these companies. I sold when they were part of BNI. Made good money. I am in Entergy Corp.'s area and this is a play on nuclear vs. non-nuclear parts of the company. Both parts will do well. The nuclear part is scheduled to be spun off to shareholders in the third quarter of 2008.
