THis banking fall is utterly over.


East West Bank is the 2nd mortgage go-to team. And with all the restructuring going on to ease budget constraints, 2nd mortgages are the most convenient way of saving some dough monthly. Maybe not the best investment option, but.......


East West seems to screen their borrowers at a higher standard then most, so they have protected themselves from a lot of the flak that some of the fly-by-night banks weren't able to.
