From the SEC filing of Aug 9, page S-40, which talks about exactly those additional 34.5M shares issued together with the convertible notes: "For example, the price of our common stock could be affected by possible sales of common stock by investors who view the notes as a more attractive means of equity participation in our company and by hedging or arbitrage trading activity that we expect to occur involving our common stock." Those notes do seem pretty attractive, if I read these filings correctly. FWIW, I still feel bullish about the company prospects and about their common stock.
