This is a well managed company with a plan for sustainable growth and plenty of demand for the forseeable future. I say they kick some butt over the next few years. But I think it will be slow and steady growth as it has been for the last couple of years.

I agree and would further point to the slow steady (and huge) growth of PSA over the years if anyone needs additional evidence as to the strength of storage REITs. Storage is largely insulated from many of the economic factors that affect other commercial real estate. And, as a former PSA exec, I can attest that they make a LOT of money in spite of management's better efforts.

Yes I think you are so right. I like this one so much because i build Self Storage Facilities and the Ind. don't look to be slowing down any time soon because people just have too much stuff and a lot of those seem to be downsizing as the market seems to scare so people these days. Man (EXR) seem to have there hands in a lot of different markets.
