These companies make tons of pure cash. I work for several of these companies in my city and it is like a printing press of money and they are increasing "sales" every month. I know a lot of people that say this industry will be capped yet each state that allows these companies to do business continually increase the amount people can borrow.
1. In Kansas the maximum you could borrow 5 years ago was somewhere close the 300.00 and now it 575.00
2. The only way to escape payment of the money borrowed is through ch 7 or 13 (or if you are on assistance) After 120 days of non payment these companies seek judgment and garnishment.
3. The average consumer has a lot of debt and without collateral, banks are not loaning money to them. The only place that will lend them money is places like EZCORP.
I see this company outperforming and will be 30-40 range in the next couple of years.
