No viable way to monetize user base.
i have not red or greened this . why? valuation to high=no green. as a person with a business and a fan page i easily see facebook as the by far main advertising platform and they have many little pay offers to the fan page holders that are awesome= no red

I'm not sure what a "little pay offer to fan page holder" actually is. My only argument is Zuckerberg isn't going to be able to advertise on mobile devices due to their small screen size and limited bandwidth. And I don't know of anyone that buys things off of facebook. But I could be wrong. Pet rocks were successful ... for a while. And broke college students and preteens are a valuable market of untapped revenue.
As someone else said, rich people don't really use facebook.
