Contrarian to TSIF. Hey my score can't get any worse. Plus I think the overall market is ready for another downturn.

Hmmm, if you're a contrarian to a contrarian, is that a double negative??? Could have went either way....it was the large outstanding possible contract with Connecticut that I was betting on. I find that states typically support their own....whether it's because they are golfing buddies, poker buddies, or just one statie truly trying to help another. A good bump in the S&P might pull this one out for you. Good luck. (But not too much LUCk on this pick as I own this one in my real portfolio....) :)
