SHANNON OF MOTLEY FOOL IS CORRECT. I RECENTLY RETIREDFROM FEDEX. THEY ARE SOLID.NO HANKY PANK HERE. STILLKEEP 25% OF MY PORTFOLIOIN FEDEX. A COUPLE YEARS AGO ISOLD 500 AT $57 TO DIVERSIFY.DUMB MOVE. BUT EVERYONE SAYSNOT TO HOLD MUCH OF YOUR EMPLOYER'S STOCK. NOT TRUE HERE !

Maybe it doesn't look as a good move so far, but the strategy was sound and safe. Unless you are Warren Buffett, run the business and know what you do, it is good not to depend too much from your employer's stock. Of course, when you diversify, make sure you diversify properly. If you don't, there's not much positive from the move, for sure.
