Mr Smith you need to do your homework.1. 2007 revenues grew at more than 320% ($36.16 million)2. Net income grew over 460% ($6.66 million)3. Earnings per share (fully diluted) of $0.25, an increase of over 250%.4. As ofthe end of 2007, AgFeed had approximately $7.7 million in cash with no long term debt.5. The Chinese government has granted the hog raising industry perpetual income tax free status, along with government grants and subsidies6. Mr. Robert Rittereiser became the Chairman of AgFeed's Advisory Board and joins Mr. Edward McMillan, both notable Wallstreet figures.7. Agfeed has estimated revenues to be about $135 million net income is estimated to be between $30 to $33 million over 2007.8. Earnings per share (EPS) on a fully diluted basis would be between $0.96 and $1.10 ( a far cry from 50+ P/E)9. This does'nt take in effect a favorable foreign exchange rate 10.Agfeed's revenue projections are based on a conservative model of RMB8 per half a kilo, below the current live hog market price of more than RMB9 per half a kilo. Thank you for the platform.walico
