Underperform, but only temporary. 5/3 has new management in many crucial divisions and has tremendous potential for growth. Gallup is starting to show 5/3 outperforming same-sized competitors. Look for 5/3 to start coming up after close of 2007.

Extremely low mortgage exposure, analysts recommendations to sell, and low price make for a good target to swope in at a great price. all this and a good dividend.

Just too far beaten down for a reliable bank. Home sales were up in the Midwest which should bode well for them. They also make a good acquisition candidate for someone looking for a regional bank.
