In IT Services, Forrester is well known. IT managers call on them for advice in guidance in spending large IT budgets. Forrseter has established businesses in IT consulting and research which they are growing with new sales and busines develoment hires. I'd prefer to buy in under $20, but even at $27, FORR is a 32% discount on my "sticker price" estimate of $40 which I consider fair value (and is the point at which I would sell).
