I think it is up to this company to decide when they want to break out. Right now, they are building up their fleet and that is hurting their earnings. When their fleet is done, I expect them to surge on the back of a large dividend. I expect this to happen in 1-5 years, it is up to each individual to decide how soon they think this will happen.
