Cedar Fair has made some questionable acquisitions but hopefully (I say this as a shareholder, of course) can improve upon them to profitable effect in the next couple years. Recession doom-mongers suggest that FUN will suffer from tightened pocketbooks and decreased travel, but I'd argue that many families are just as likely to turn more expensive trips into weekend stays at places like Cedar Point if the market's struggles continue into the summer.
