Cedar Fair management is severely out of touch and is wrapped up in their own interests. Unitholders have lost dividends and perks. Prices for consumers have gone up as there has been no economizing. Quality of life for employees has consistently declined as evidenced by ratings and commentary on review sites, etc. I discovered that Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation, owner of Silver Dollar City and other parks, has a much more proactive, responsive management strategy. They are privately owned.
