Recently I've taken ever greater notice of improving or already highly rated stocks (caps rating) and decreasing stock prices. Combine these two qualities with low price to book ratios, low price to earnings ratios, insider ownership, solid management, and a solid business and I believe you have a high potential company in both the short and long term, a hidden gem if you will.
