Housing industry will decline severely during next 2 years. This will force the Fed to reduce interest rates, which will make the $ less desireable as an investment forcing international buyers to the Euro.

Euro currencies will continue to strengthen against the US dollar as economic growth slows in the US and interest rates increase in the EU.
