GCI owns the USA Today, easily one of America's most recognizable brands, yet shares trade at a meager 10x '08 earnings with a near 4% yield. The USA Today brand, take away the regional papers and TV stations they own, as well as their stake in Career Builder, is likely worth more than the stock trades at and the cash flow is great at the papers. Please own this stock and you will be happy in 4-5 years when shares are near $70 and you've earned a healthy yield the whole way through.

The company has a capitalization now of less than 11B. True, earnings are fab, PE is fab.I would think that at the present value it is ripe for a take over by an investment group. Buy the whole, sell the pieces. Huge profit just in that. A purchase would spike the price, but all that is speculation.
