A force per share of $54.50 will have to be honored. Several cases just like GTW Gateway for example pushed through and was honored at the full asking price etc. The price of $48.75 and $53 probably will be reached in a few trading days.

its a very cheap company that I used to work for not much going for it no benefits for employees at Journey's until they hit Co-Manager. Very poor managing skills

Genesco price will countinue to regain points it lost after the fall though of its finsih line deal. We can expect to see it climb.

E2008-08-28 8:30am New CEO who will pull no punches to exceed expectations in new quarter. Settled lawsuit. Plenty of room for rising expectations and upgrades.
