Simply, this was the first stock I ever owned, at 13 years of age no less. GE, it brings good things to life. They have their fingers in every pie and make the ovens to cook them in. Then build rocket ships so you can bring it to the Martians in the future. Diversification. They recommend it in your portfolio, GE takes that to their own company. What don't they make. So they are hurting in their financial departments, who isn't, but that is only one small piece of that huge pie that is GE. GEE, buy GE.
