This is basically the same as buying an oil exploration company about to drill with the exception being that the odds of striking oil are way less than the odds that the satellite launch is successful.

With the successful launch of their new satellite this past week, revenues and income should continue to grow going forward. Low P/E makes this an attractive buy.
