With the successful launch of their new satellite this past week, revenues and income should continue to grow going forward. Low P/E makes this an attractive buy.

These guys make the satellite images for google and the pentagon along with Digital Imaging (soon to be IPO'd). There appears to be a secular demand for these map making images.

After the last decline this is a good bet, there may be a bit more downside to it, but I would hate to miss an opportunity to pick up this stock at this price, look at all the other fools long on this one.
