Looks expensive, but market is still underestimating earnings going forward. They blew away expectations by 30-50% in June and September quarters, resumed giving guidance, looks like they're being very conservative with guidance projecting $2.75 eps in 2007, but could easily do that in 2006. Looks like $2.75 eps 2006, $3.50 eps 2007. If Dec quarter and Mar quarter are blowout again, looks like a $70 stock at 25+ X ttm eps $2.75, 20x 2007 eps(e) $3.50. Market could go nuts again and push GES to $80 at 30x ttm eps $2.75.
