Generated negative OCF for Q1 '08, negative free cash flow (crude analysis) since Q2 '07, and they're operating in a stagnating economy where businesses will shy away from presentations and conferences to keep costs down.Management is also not that great, as they've generated lower ROA and ROE than their Hotel & Motel competitors.They're going to struggle now and into the foreseeable future.
